By accessing or using NTQuantek ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, analysts, and viewers.
NTQuantek is a cloud-based security operations and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform. It provides tools for incident management, risk assessment, compliance tracking, vendor risk management, and related security operations functions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) as required during registration. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a free trial with full access to the platform — 14 days for Security Teams and 30 days for Audit Firms. No credit card is required to start a trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial terms at any time with reasonable notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM field encryption, TLS in transit, and mandatory MFA. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your own account credentials and for the data you choose to store in the Service.
The Service and all of its components — including but not limited to source code, object code, algorithms, database schemas, user interface designs, workflows, AI models, compliance frameworks, and documentation — are the exclusive proprietary property of NTQUANTEK and are protected by United States and international copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination, civil liability, and/or criminal prosecution. NTQUANTEK actively monitors for and will pursue legal remedies — including DMCA takedowns, injunctive relief, and claims for statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringed work — against any party that violates these provisions.
The Service incorporates trade secrets and confidential information, including proprietary compliance methodologies, AI-generated risk scoring logic, and security automation workflows. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge these trade secrets and agree to maintain their confidentiality. You shall not disclose, transmit, or use such information for any purpose outside the permitted use of the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you assign to NTQUANTEK all rights, title, and interest in such feedback. NTQUANTEK may use feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTQUANTEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
